can someone more informed than me help me learn more about these compounds? dosage, sides, etc. i have my bloodwork and i went to look at my markers for these, ft3 and i didnt see it so i reached out to my doctor for help on it. i can update whoever responds if interested. i search this page and meso with no real answers on, on to run, protocols, etc. will continue to google it but i dont like googling for ped use because there numbers are never the actual numbers but rather that of like "safe dosages" vs ppl on here with exp running the compounds can tell me more. thanks!

no im not looking for these compounds to get my shredded with a shitty diet, my diet is good i have my top to abs showing, fibers in my shoulders etc. just wanting to learn more and see if it would be worth running vs sides.

thanks everyone

Only real reason to add these in is if your T3 levels tank when dieting hard.

It’s important to get both T4 and T3 measured. I have a low TSH, normal T4, but very low T3 so I supplement.

A good replacement dose of T3 that would put you into the normal reference range is 25 mcg

A good replacement dose of T4 would be 100 mcg.

Thyroid meds are best absorbed if taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Be very cautious in increasing your dose. Too much thyroid hormone can cause tachycardia, heart palpitations, fever, insomnia, etc. it’s not fun and could potentially be fatal.

Most people in a heavy diet will ramp up their T3 to 50 mcg. I don’t ever suggest going above 75 mcg as it could be very dangerous.

Lastly, cutting on T3 is a bitch. While it burns more calories it also spikes your appetite through the roof.
