T4 dose

For people who have used T4, I’m on 200 test C,140 tren A. Bumping test up to 400 in a couple weeks. Never used T4 but have some 50mcg tablets on hand, let me know what you guys think.

No reason too honestly. None of those compounds require it, and best to not fool with thyroid stuff unless you're low, or running a cutting cycle with t3.

how i understand it t4 fights t3 for the catabolic features t3 has. t4 is anti-catabolic. like test said, unless youre in a super hard cut your t3 is good, most likely. personally i have never heard of t4 only.

would liek to see inputs to explain any other protocols

Thanks for the replies. I have heard that thyroid is beneficial on tren cycles, is there any truth to this? I know that tren allows the androgen receptors to become increasingly sensitized to IGF. Is there a similar type of synergy between tren and T3/T4??

i can not speak on the tren effect. t3 and t4 combos are good because, if the dosages get high enough on t3 you will lose muscle, it will strip everything, fat and muscle from your body. t4 helps to stop it and so does clen.

just speculating, no evidence to back this but i couldnt imagine tren effects it because, unless i dont understand, tren doesnt mess with thyroid. again, its broscience idk about the tren working with t3

I’m running 200 test, 400 mast, and 100 tren along side with 25 mcg t3, 150 mcg t4 and have steadily lost .5 lb a day! I’m also in prep about 10 weeks in and 15 lbs down. For makes you wanna keep your T3 lower then your t4 to minimize muscle loss! T4 is wonderful for cutting. Also if you do start taking t4 work your way up to 150 mcg. You shouldn’t need to go any higher than that!

great input. what is your total caloric intake rn vs maintenance? if t4 is better than t3 why run t3? not questioning your protocol just want to learn. i commonly see t3/t4 stacks but the t3 is dosed higher than 25mcg.

Sorry I just seen this it’s been a crazy few weeks!

When this T4 to T3 conversion occurs, T3 then conveys the metabolic "message" to the other cells throughout the body. The benefit of taking only T4 therapy is that you're allowing your body to perform some of the actions it is meant to do, which is taking T4 and changing it into T3. The half-life of T4 is also longer compared to T3 (7 days versus 24 hours), which means that it will stay for a longer time in your body after ingestion.
