If you're like me, I was unsure I would see the results I wanted, would stuck to it, and results seemed so far away.
Don't believe it. Take a few minutes and take those before pics. I didn't and I'm now wishing I did. Don't be me.
I'm 6'1" and lived at 150lbs as an ectomorph no matter what I did. I then went thru a ruthless divorce and worked myself crazy. Before I realized it, my weight was 123lbs and I looked terrible.
I recovered from the divorce and got on this site for help. I started taking Test E (200mg every 4 days) controlled my estrogen from creeping up, and I am now at my highest weight ever. I have gained 60 pounds and look so much better and healthier.
I didn't give myself credit that I would succeed and never took a before photo. I sure wish I did.

Added Primo and anavar as new wife is doing an anavar cut for Spring. New goal is 200lbs with a bigger chest and arms and I know I'll get there. Here's hoping you hit yours too!
