Taking 2 AI - Nuking Estro

Anyone know if you could take both Letrozole and exmestane and that would lower your estro faster than just letrozole?

Also has anyone taken more than 2.5 mg letrozole, is it more effective?

To preface the question I must have a mutant aromatase gene as I get really high estrogen that is hard to crash

Sorry guys, I have but not recently am taking any AAS.
My doctor gave me T4 thyroid hormone, which I quit because of side effects but it made my estrogen really high.
I can’t get a meeting with an endo quick enough to get prescribed AI so I’m lowering my estrogen myself

Basically my estrogen built up to really high levels while on T4 for months, I wasn’t taking an AI but now I want to crash ASAP

Believe me I know from AAS use I require a huge amount of AI, far more than normal so Letro 2.5 mg ED for 2 weeks and my estrogen is still up…

So you’ve been scripted something from your DOCTOR_ and decided that you’d rather not take it, but instead think you’re going to be okay doing this medical science on your own?
OP talk to your god damn doctor and follow their advice. You don’t have to tell them about gear usage, just say you’re showing signs of increased estrogen levels and get scripted the proper drugs along with blood work. I guarantee your doctor knows better than you do what to prescribe. Don’t come asking for help from random people online if you refuse to do what a DOCTOR told you to do.

Chill out… I’m not even using gear. The T4 thyroid medication has a bunch of side effects which I’m sure you don’t know about.
The side effects make it worse than not using it.
I actually plan to follow my friend’s lead and fix it with herbs.

Honestly it’s pretty naieve to think that at all times your doctor will know what’s better for you. Taking T4 medication suppresses your natural thyroid and you miss 3 out of the 5 thyroid hormones which can cause calcifcation of your arteries, for example.

I do agree through I wish I had got my estro checked and gotten an AI script from a doctor

you understand that you cant suppress your natural production cause your thyroid gland already doesnt produce enought t3 and t4?

You know you can have 130+ TSH? I don’t think you understand thyroid function at all.
You realize when you take T4 you stop producing calcitonin, a thyroid hormone that controls calcium.

TL DR this thread no one answered my question and apparently I understand hormones better than the people who responded here

Btw look up what black seed oil or ashwagandha does for T3 production… inbred

Assuming pharma grade and highest dosage of each 2.5L, 25mgA, taking Letro + Aromasin does nothing more than Letro could do alone…while you’re on Letro. Letro has a higher tendency to crash your E2, screw with your lipids etc. Aromasin can crash E2, but its a slower decline. Aromasin also has beneficial effects on IGF1 (on rats & women).

As soon as you jump off, you’ll wish you were on Aromasin because of the E2 rebound from Letro.

Not doubting you at all, just want to know if you have preferred research handy. I can use PubMed but that’s a wide net. A lot of times when I see a post like this I’d like to see what makes it to the top of the writer’s list.

Yeah I see that. I avoid serotonin as well and don’t take SSRI
I’m pretty confident T4 was raising estrogen from the first dose and just built up in my bloodstream unabated

I was wondering if anyone found something more than 2.5 mg letrozole effective for lowering estrogen faster.

Here’s a study that letrozole with curcumin lowered estrogen more:

And 50 mg exemestane only 62 +/- 14 % estrogen suppression.
62+14 = 76 so only 3/4 of your estrogen can be removed by max dose exemestane.

I keep seeing women using more than 2.5 mg letrozole so I’m not convinced 2.5 mg letrozole removes 99% of estrogen;

The letrozole I bought from American Research Labs is either underdosed or using more than 2.5 mg is effective.

2.5 mg letro has not crashed my estrogen using every day for 2 weeks. This is because I’m not using AAS but was on thyroid hormone replacement and estradiol built up to high levels in my blood, which is why I wanted to lower it ASAP

Btw taking 4 mg androsterone from the raypeat.com/forum lowered my estrogen while also using letrozole. It increases DHT which helps to oppose the estrogen.
