Taking anavar EOD instead of daily?

So I want to run 25mg anavar a day (im also on 500mg test E) but I only have 50mg capsules. Opening them without spilling and making a mess is hard, so i was wondering if I could just take 50mg eod and get the same results?

No. You should take it twice a day due to short half life. What I'm doing is 20mg twice a day for 4 weeks. Then if my bloods come back good after that I will do another 4 weeks at the end of my 16 week cycle. Once a day should be okay, and you will see results with every other day, but its a waste. If you don't want 50mg a day try dumping one out and thoroughly mixing it on the table, then split in half and eat the powder with a spoon or whatever. Don't try to put half in another capsule that is just overly complex for no good reason. My concern for you is that it won't be evenly mixed with the filler so one day youll get 10mg, and the other 40mg, or something along those lines. That would still be better than every other day.

The half life of Oxandrolone is like 10-13 hours depending on age. This means in roughly 12 hours, HALF of the var will have left your body. So by 24 hours you'll have 25% or 1/4 of the dose saturation that you initially took. At 48 hours you'll have like 1/16th of the drug in you.

IMO you either go for strength of dose or time under saturation with things like this. I said it in another thread but 25mg var is really going to do fuck all for you unless you're already single digit body fat lean. I, and others, really start to see var kick in around 50 mgs. I'd say just take the 50 daily tbph.


I agree with smeagle though, EoD is probably the worst option available.

Dump the powder onto a surface and mix it thoroughly. By doing so, you should be evenly distributing the filler as well as the active ingredient.

After mixing for like 10-15 minutes, divide in half.

Take half and put it under your tongue. NEVER TAKE ANY ORAL ORALLY BY SWALLOWING. TAKE ALL ORALS SUBLINGUALLY.

By taking Anavar sublingually, you are increasing the rate of absorption AND bypassing the first pass through the liver. The result is lower hepatotoxicity and greater acute ergogenic effects.

Another thing that nobody talks about is grapefruit juice.

USE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE WHEN TAKING ORALS (WARNING: YOU CANT TAKE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE IF YOURE ON CERTAIN PRESCRIPTION MEDS). Grapefruit contains compounds which inhibit Cyp3A4 which will result in the Anavar’s half-life being extended. That way, it stays in your system longer and you get more out of it.

So, in summary, take 1/2 capsule sublingually for 10-15 mins by keeping it under your tongue, then swallow the remainder with grapefruit juice.

Good call on the grapefruit juice. There's another over the counter drug that starts with a T but I can't for the life of me remember the name. It does what grapefruit juice does but better. Looks like I'm buying some grapefruit juice tonight haha.

Yep. Grapefruit juice works like a charm for extending the activity of pretty much every oral medication.

Just make sure you’re not on any other prescription meds. In some cases, use of grapefruit with other potent meds can result in serious consequences.
