I hope this letter finds you all well. It is with a mix of emotions that I am writing to officially tender our resignation from the game, effective as soon as our stock is out. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and am grateful for the opportunities and experiences that this journey has offered our team. Building TCL has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The collaborative environment, dedication to excellence, and the commitment to getting shit done have played a significant role in shaping my professional growth. I am proud to have been a part of this community that values not only its products but also its people. The reality of this business is that you can't play the game forever and I have done fairly well, well enough to pay taxes and collect enough money for us to build other sources of income so that my family doesn't have to worry about things I had to worry about growing up.
This lab started nearly a decade ago in the kitchen of a one bedroom apartment that I struggled to pay the bills on with a full time dependent. Working 60 hours a week feeling the pain in my bones but not being able to stop because I couldn't let others down. We struggled but we survived. You guys helped a lot of people with your business to us and it may not seem like much but it wouldn't have happened without you guys. TCL has never been perfect but I have always strived to communicate that I'm working to better the business and improve it on your recommendations and complaints. It makes me happy to know we are leaving amicably with no intention of ripping anyone off because that's just the right thing to do. Hopefully this can help someone else struggling with growth and allow them to see its possible to make it happen.
We have a few hundred vials left, once something is out of stock it will not return, once the entire stock is depleted the site will go offline and I will have the admins remove us from the forum. I will also be implementing a site wide discount to expedite this process. I love you all and appreciate your support.
