Knowing what I know now, I would pin ED when running a compound like NPP, which you should be pinning MINIMUM three days a week - EOD is recommended. Pinning ED isn't necessary here, you could pin EOD. Pinning ED will theoretically cause the least hormonal fluctuation, which could potentially help you out a bit with side effects. Try it if you want to experiment. You might not feel a difference.
This is what I would do: get a box of insulin syringes at least 1/2" pins, 1 mL (29g should do the trick, but whatever you like). Then get a box of 23g or (whatever gauge you like that draws quickly) with syringes attached, use these to draw. Remove the plunger from the insulin syringe, lay it in the plastic from the 23g pin that you just unwrapped. Backfill the insulin syringe with compound, reinsert the insulin plunger slightly, making sure to not squirt any of the compound out on accident. Tilt the insulin pin so that it's facing the ceiling so all of the oil falls to plunger and then you can just push it up and pin. You could even buy a sterile vial and make your own mix of Test E and NPP (shake up each time before drawing) so that you only have to draw once and any additional oil you don't need in the insulin pin could simply be squirted back into that vial to get the proper dosing.
You might have to use two insulin pins each time, but you could get away with one if you pinned ED. IMO, this method is way better than heating vials or waiting for the oil to draw. It might seem like a lot, but once you start doing this method it will take a few minutes max to pin...
