I took my 200mg TRT dose to 400mg. I started noticing improvements in about 3-4 weeks.
The only issue I had was with Estrogen. On 200mg I don't need Adex(or any A.I.). But within a short time of increase, I got wicked sensitive nipples and worse yet, ED. I seem to be prone to ED when anything is off. Started .5 Adex 2x/wk and it resolved quickly.
Things take time it isn't an over night thing. If you're going to do it you can't just say I'm running this two weeks, making all those gains and stopping. You'll likely make zero gains in that time frame.

I had the same experience. From 210 mg to 400 mg, my total T rose to 3100 and my E2 was 112. I didn’t have any sensitive nipples but my erections were super soft and I was too stimulated. It kept messing with my sleep (waking up too early) so I quit.
