How is your BP?
Had nothing to do with your nipples feeling weird. You're experiencing aromatization regardless. High estrogen isn't always about gyno it's about balance. If you are on cycle maybe try taking half a tab of adex or a 12.5mg dose of aromasin once a week on the same day and see how you feel. This always works for me. Unless you know factually you have low e2. Then do not do that lol
I used to be able to run 500 of test without an AI for a long ass time and the last year or two I have to use AI even on low 200s. Sucks
Any preference on the ai? I havent taken any AI whatsoever in the past. Any idea which is more prone to sides?? Thanks for the input will have to get some on order asap
I've been using aromasin. I feel better on that than arimidex. Arimidex I get legit hot flashes, headaches, red skin and just feel like ass. Aromasin seems less harsh on me. On 400mg+ of test I usually take one 12.5mg aromasin a week. Let's say on like a Saturday. On cruise at 200mg I may need it once every few weeks if that. They're both very strong drugs. So don't overdue it. Both take time to kick in. Don't assume it's not working and take more. I've done that and messed myself up. You gotta get a feel for it. Youll come to know when you're e2 is higher than normal or lower than normal. If you take an AI and a few days later feel off it could then be low e2. So you want to use sparingly.
I've got aromasin coming in. Does just lowering my dose of test reduce e2 eventually on its own? I know these are basic questions but I'm trying to learn and don't have anybody experienced in my life to guide me through this. I've reduced my dose back down to 250 about a week ago and already noticing less water retention in my gut etc if that's possible...
And what would you say are the main symptoms of high and low e2? I was basing it pretty much on if I was growing tits (which you said is not the only indicator) and erection health. I don't want to take an aI if I don't have high e2. But I haven't taken an ai at all so I don't see how this could be low e2..
Test aromatizes. AI = aromitization inhibitor. Lower test will aromatize less.

No problem. Make sure also to track when you've taken an AI. Good way to see if thats helping symptoms or making them worse if your estrogen is low. Also so you don't take it again too soon. I think aromasin is actively working for like 4 days. You will notice the difference when you clear up the symptoms and when they return and you need to take it again.
Funny how this worked out too. Been on for like 6 months trt dose and all is well with the little fuck piece I didn't care about. Then the minute I get a girlfriend I'm actually about, I haven't seen morning wood yet. Sub optimal timing to say the least
Update: For me I upped my ai to about.5-.75 arimidex a week and I feel great. Sex drive is raging and very little anxiety if any.I get the best of both worlds. Low or high I have these issues
@BJJ_blackbelt310 in your scenario I am leaning towards high e2 because of the anxiety, but then again I get the anxiety also if I am low. Depends on if you are taking anything to combat estrogen
