Currently on 440:440 for weeks 1-10.
Will be upping to 620:620 weeks 10-20.
Thinking about keeping var out as it nuked my appetite last time at 50mg (or i try 20mg this time around)
If my strength and weight continue to climb is it reasonable to stick to the 620:620 for more than 10 weeks? This 440:440 is almost an "intra" going from cruise to my blast it seems.
As long as strength + body comp + scale + bloodwork is all green i would consider extending. This is purely speculation as im only entering week 4.
