Do I need to up the Aromasin to 12.5 ED? FWIW the day I was getting blood drawn was the same day I took Aromasin. I waited until after the testing to take it since it wasn’t around the time I usually consume it. Thanks in advance for the advice

I did Aromasin ED, EOD, E3D for years. After all of the experimenting I found the best results were taking one (12.5) anytime my nipples started to itch. Kept Gyno/Acne symptoms to a minimum. YMMV.

Yeah, I can tell when I need to be taking it. I may start doing that. Thanks.

My E levels before cycle was 20.1. I’m not sure if you’re suppose to take that into account.

If you’re not feeling any high e2 sides don’t take anymore ai. Your e2 is supposed to be a little elevated on cycle/blast.

Why do you say this? I dont think the reading is high either but I think most would include a light dose of ai. I guess it all depends on if you’re one of those guys who doesn’t believe in ai. I don’t think you’re wrong I’m just curious as to your reasoning behind it

Thanks man. I don’t think you should toss it. There’s some dishonest reviews floating around. My vials were clean despite what that one guy said. I have enough test to run another cycle from TM and I will use it. I’m satisfied with my results. My results were the same as my previous cycle with pharmacom gear. I run 1 cycle a year. This was only my 3rd cycle ever so I’m new to the game. Do what you think is best but IMO his product is great. What’s your opinion on the AI? Like I said I run 1 cycle a year. Should I keep doing 12.5 EOD of Aromasin or 18.75 EOD or something else? Maybe I’m overthinking it… just trying to cycle the best/safest way possible.

I’m super sensitive to estrogen conversion and always have been. That’s coming from someone who is very lean year round. Estrogen aids in gains on a cycle so a slight elevation is not a worry for me. I have a set number in my head where I’ll start AI. On heavy cycles unfortunately I have to use a fair amount of AI. On a cruise I let it rise a little.
