I’m no pro or anything, but I’ve done my fair share of glute shots. Take a look a stage lean competitor whos shredded & that might give you a better idea where to pin the glute. If I had to take any sort of guess I’d say you need to come up 1-2” and out 3-4” to be more where I like to be. Hopefully that helps.

This is classic example of a sub q gone bad.

Pin goes in 1/2incher. Pin slips out. Thinks he jams Pin in all the way but it's slowly coming out as he's pulling Pin out during injections and not pushing the plunger. The old accidental reverse Pin.

The ring you see is about the size of a quarter and is the oil under the top layers of the skin, not even really sub q.

The hole you see if from the oil just leaky leaky leaky.

Everything is cool. Feels a lot better than yesterday. Another day or two the pain will be gone and in a week the accident should be a fully healed coverup.

To help put this in perspective, this is more like a blister now.

The oil finished just under a few layers of skin, which are dying off slowly as they are mostly pushed away from the rest of the skin.

These countries are so weird. In usa I can't buy steroid cream without a script, but anywhere else I need no script.

Soi 4 pharmacies (bangkok} will get you what you need for aas, and you are still an idiot of the highest order.

I had no issues with Thai pharma getting what I wanted, because I look like I walk the walk, I'm guessing with your ass looking like it does you may not have the same luck
