The fact you are on GH and your blood glucose is low is worrisome. Where does your blood glucose usually run? Do you ever feel fatigued/tired, cold, clamy, sweaty, pale?
Potassium is elevated 5.2 is high, you need to watch it closely. What is going on with your phosphorus too? This is odd because your calcium is fine, which usually is not the case with high phosphorus. Diet maybe?
AST ALT are trash bro, consider TUDCA?
LDH is high, that caber may have fucked up your organs? High LDH can indicate organ damage.
What medication do you take? Creatine,Statin, ACE/ARB?

Yeah my fasted glucose is usually 65ish, so that’s pretty normal for me. For a brief time about a week ago I felt extremely tired but I have a blood sugar monitor and blood pressure monitor, not hard good. Taking creatine, telimarstan 80mg, metfromin, I take revive md liver supps and 200mg injectable glutathione. Ldh I’m assuming is a result of the caber, going to get labs in 2-3weeks since I stopped caber two days ago, see if it bounces back.

Seems like you are very self aware, that is good man! Damn, I looked into that liver support very nice, it has NAC, TUDCA, etc. seems like a well dosed supplement too.

When you get stuff re-drawn if that potassium is not better or is getting worse, you need to consider switching telmisartan to a non-ace or arb bp medication...

Also that blood sugar needs to be dealt with, why are you taking metformin? Do you have a family history of diabetes/autimmune diseases?

Nope no history of diabetes, started taking it on my last prep and it just kind of stuck, my labs prior to this blast, potassium was (4.4). But I was running 40mg of telmistartan. In the next 3-5days I’ll drop the dose that should hopefully help. The glucose I’m not sure, recently wrapped up a cycle of IGF 1-LR3 after I’d pin with that, Id have moments of insane sugar cravings, like I’ve legit thought I was going hypo. I also wake up at 2-3am on the dot everyday, starting to think it could be glucose related? After these next labs I’ll schedule a consult with my ENDO if things don’t improve in that department. Any suggestions others than telmistartan? Preferably a US source?

Sounds kind of like somogyi effect except you aren't taking insulin, even scarier in my opinion. How I understand it is that cortisol decreases during deep rest and then increases substantially in the morning 1a.m.+ peaking at about 8-9a.m.. BG follows this trend generally. The fact you are probably going hypoglycemic during the night is not good. Consider an insulin blood test? In the meantime I would be keeping glucose gel near you in case. Metformin may not be the best for you right now, not sure why you are taking it?

Depends how bad your BP is, I think you have caused some organ damage so your labs may just be really off due to that. So take these suggestions with that in mind. Given no other knowledge of you or previous labs, I would decrease or stop telmisartan and add hydrochlorothiazide it will help to lower bp, lower potassium, and lower phosphorus and decrease phosphorus's re-uptake into the blood. But it really depends if this is just an acute issue or if this is an actual long term issue you are facing so grabbing another set of labs before making drastic medication changes may be a better option unless you have previous labs to back up the need? Thiazide diuretics are pretty well tolerated but come with their own set of side effects!!

I saw around the forum https://aipctshop.com/?s=hydrochlorothiazide&search_id=product&post_type=product
is good, I have no way of knowing I just saved it in my tabs in case, I have never used it.
