I've run it, it's very good. The clinical literature shows it to be more effective for weight loss that semaglutide by a small but significant amount and just as safe. The main benefit is the more mild side effect profile; some people who can't tolerate the dose of semaglutide that's required for them to achieve appetite suppression have no trouble with tirzepatide. Since I don't really have bad sides with sema, I go with that since it's cheaper.
My two cents, it's a first-line choice for anyone looking for an appetite suppressant, either to curb excess appetite from gear while bulking or to assist in fat loss. It's safe, it's effective, and there's no guesswork in how to dose it.
The caveat is that it's super popular right now, and it's expensive. Buy from someone with testing documentation, preferably from a blind customer.
