Synthetek is a crap, overpriced product. I used it a few times, and the “vials” aren’t really vials but bottles with screw caps, where the caps have septa. Them putting “not sterile for injection” is them thinking it clears them of any liability. I’ve had multiple “vials” also have wildly different amounts. If they can’t consistently fill a bottle with the same amount, I wondered just how careful they are with their environment and brewing.
Brew your own. The upfront cost will be a bit much, but thereafter all you’ll need are filters and Carnitine powder. Way, WAY cheaper.
Funny thing is, I first got turned on to injectable Carnitine on Dat’s board, where this guy Conwict was brewing at 500mg/ml. Something happened between Conwict and Dat (probably didn’t take his dick far enough), and they had a falling out. Then comes along a new guy Didacus, who also posed as “Robust Research” who also sold Carnitine at 200mg/ml. No one was supposed to know Didacus was Robust Research, but it was easy enough to figure out over time. Anyway, BOTH sources were extremely overpriced, and it pissed me off to no end how they tried to deceive people over their “superior” brewing. Dat was also Tom, as was later proven by the New York Times expose. Just Google “nyt datbtrue” if you want to read an interesting story. Anyway, the point of this long-winded rant is subtly, at the bottom of the big, “scientific” essay about Carnitine on Synthetek’s site are the initials MM… Dat’s. He stated he contributed that article to them, but I think it’s more than that. Would not surprise me if he actually had a stake or owned it outright. The guy is brilliant, but the way he made his exit was a douche move. He had people genuinely feeling bad for him, claiming he was dying.
TL;DR: Brew your own.
