Transitioning from Test P to Test E

Coming to SST for yalls opinion.... I've read and heard so many mixed answers on this topic.. I was always under the impression that you would run both for 2-3 weeks before dropping the P.

For context I've been running 80mg Test P EOD and I'm planning on switching to 400mg Test E / EQ.

I won’t get into the mechanics of it but yes, you’ll need to run the Test E concurrent with your Test P in order for the Test E to balance out/saturate in your body. To be safe, I would run the Test E for 3 weeks before dropping the Test P. 2 weeks would be the minimum.

Man in my opinion it’s just about getting your levels up and keeping them up. Your body can only use X amount of tes and the rest just bloats and adds water weight and gives you pimples. After doing it some years and doing it wrong I figured out the best way in my humble opinion. First you have to mix it up so your body doesn’t adapt to a certain thing the whole “ trick your body” act. Test E and P are completely different in aspects one being P is fast acting and E is long acting. I never just do one of the other I’ll do 1.5 to 2.0 cc’s every other week. I’ll do 3/4 E and 1/4 P. Then I’m 2 week I’ll do Sus. Then in two weeks I’ll do 3/4 SUS and 1/4 E……When I figured this out my buddy could tell because the “bloated water weight” look went away…..So many people do it thinking that a bunch of tes is going to give them certain results but it is just pissing in the wind. If I were you and your going for size moderate your tes intake and use deca with it. It never hurts to kick off a cycle with DBol it jumps your strength up crazy fast but even then it’s not meant to take long. It’s always good to get some amino acids and clean protein. Hope this helps.

No offense to sbdman, but that statement is inaccurate. It’s Bro science. From both a chemical basis and my own personal experience/testing, this isn’t necessary.

The theory behind overlapping the two esters is allowing the Test E to build up. However, your receptors are already saturated with test. You are not needing 2 weeks for the ester to be cleaved off. The second you inject, the ester is already being broken down and you have test beginning to fill receptors. But they’re already filled. You may be ok carrying on with Test P for 3-4 days max, but if you go much past that, your levels will be spiked. Which we want stable levels.

In my own experience with testing when I ran Test P overlapped, my levels went through the roof after day 4. Now on another experiment, I stopped Test P immediately and started Test Cyp. I never once saw a dip in total test. I tested every 3 days. The chemistry supports the blood work as well. I know a lot like to read the forums and just follow the advice on them. I actually have an academic background in bio-Chem. So I like to do my own research and testing. Not that some of the bro science stuff is wrong.

There's so much incorrect info in this. If it works for you bro, that's awesome. But just maybe if you don't truly know what you're talking about, maybe don't give advice.

I agree with guy above, 2 to 3 weeks. Test P has a very short half life, and E takes 3 to 3.5 weeks to reach steady state levels. You could probably reduce your P dosage in the 2nd to 3rd week but wouldn't hurt to leave as is unless you get high estrogen sides.

There's a steriod calculator out there. Couldn't figure out how to see P clearance but saw the E accumulation time-line.

But it doesn’t really work that way. The receptors are already fully loaded. There’s no need for a build up time to saturate the receptors. At this point, the body just shifts into using the other test. And the length of time it’s in your system changed.

As I posted above, if you do this; my blood work showed your test levels will be crazy high around day 3-4. You’re doubling your dose. The science says the same thing as I witnessed with my bloods, and another couple of buddies I “experimented” on. We all saw the same thing.
