Tren cardio dosage

Good evening guys. I had a question regarding tren and its bronchial constriction side effect. I was wondering at what dosage you guys have found that tren begins to cause bronchial constriction? Basically, at what dose does it begin to make breathing and cardio much more difficult than it otherwise has been for you. Is there a sweet spot anyone has found where it can provide benefit to a cycle and not interfere with breathing? Thanks guys.

Tren is so all across the board with sides. It really varies per person. I dont really get too winded during cardio, it’s more when I walk up a flight of stairs. Lol

I don’t experience any cardio sides up to 100 mg ED (Ace). But I do a lot of cardio daily, hiking through the local mountains, riding my mountainbike up and downhill, swimming at least twice per week, and I roll in BJJ Gym thrice per week. (And Lifting obviously hehe).

Maybe I am just lucky and have good lung genes. Or being consistent with my cardio regiment year round gives me just a lot more room to abuse tren, who knows. A good mate of mine turns into a cripple with just 50mg ace ED, his breathing begins to sound like he is a chain smoker for decades, not a fit athlete. He tried clen (just 40 mcg ED, not more) and some other asthma medication, forgot the name, it did help a bit.

Also take a look at this article here, could work for you: https://www.muscle-research.com/con...troy-cardio-and-why-do-I-feel-like-crap-on-it

I get cardio issues on any dose. 140mg per week slowly rekt me, and when I went up it just got a tiny bit more noticeable

Clen or Bronkaid has helped me in the past with the Tren Cardio issues. I’ve tried Cardarine as well as a lot people in forums said it worked wonders but did nothing to help me. I got the most benefit from Bronkaid so far.

This is going to be highly individual. For me, I notice it around 100mg a day around week 2 or so. Montelukast (singulair) will typically really help with this.

That’s kinda what I suspected. Thank you and yeah stairs whooped me the one time I tried tren. It was embarrassing at times.

Goodness. Yeah that’s definitely on the low end of any recommendations.

Thank you man. I’ll give bronkaid a look. Clen, I don’t think I could make work. That combo would probably be a little too harsh for what I’m looking for right now.

Thank you for the singulair suggestion. What dose did you use?

I never really got that side at all with tren tbh sides are all gonna be person to person I don’t get a ton of sides that I read people reporting just go into it at a moderate dose and don’t expect anything you could feel great on it and then adjust as you go imo

To answer your question, one dose of 10mg PO in the evening. Typically this is what’s prescribed anyways because there weren’t really any additional benefits at higher dosages noted in the treatment of asthma. Now, the only thing that may change for our application is that you may wish to take 2 to 3 hours prior to your workout. There shouldn’t be any actual indication for a higher dose - none of the studies show any benefit of it.

That’s exactly what I was wondering as well. Thanks again man.

I was running 500mg a wk of Tren e a few months ago. Went snorkeling in the ocean and felt like I was gonna die. I was running my gw with it as it usually helps. But not with something like snorkeling. The gw has always helped me in the gym cardio wise while running Tren. But it’s not a fix all.

As stated, effects - negative and positive - of drugs are highly specific to the individual user. Cardarine, Montelukast, and Salbutamol have, as far as I can tell, zero effect of tren’s ability to destroy my cardio.

That’s unfortunate my friend. I’ve never met someone that singulair didn’t help with tren / cardio issues (granted my sample size is peanuts at somewhere between 20-30 at most). I’ll try and remember to hit up a pharmacist/ gear head friend at work and ask for ideas - if there is anything worthwhile that comes of it , I’ll tag you in a message. Curious - is there a specific application / type of cardio you do other than average gym rat stuff ? Long distance , sprinter , competitive biking etc ?
