What do you guys do/ take while on tren to be able to eat and function?
I tried a low dose of ace and was throwing up and shit, couldn’t eat and stomach felt fucked. Had to drop it.

I’ve heard L-Glutamine is good

What do you some of you tren heads think? I see a lot of y’all running big doses so there must be someshit I can take/do to help.

Tren has never led to stomach discomfort for me. I’m not sure this is a side effect that anyone associates with Tren aside from yourself OP.

It is. Maybe not for you but some others have stomach and digestion issues on it. However actually throwing up on low dose is definitely uncommon and concerning lol.

I agree. I have stomach issues when on Tren too, but they are mostly only noticeable when I am eating.

I have never thrown up though. And I am on a much more than a low dose of Tren A lol. I would advise OP to look into trying again from a different source, or just moving on from Tren in general (or for a while at least).

how long were you into using Tren A when you got discomfort? I’m about a week in on a fairly low dose, and I haven’t had any stomach issues thankfully.

Tren CAN cause heartburn, acid reflux, GERD-like symptoms in many who take it. Not all, just as there are select few warriors who suffer no sleep impingement on Tren.

Short term minor heartburn issues: Take Ranitidine at 75mg once daily (I would take it before/at dinner so that my stomach wouldn’t go rancid going to bed.

Longer term issues: Obviously you could see a doc if you’re having big issues but I would escalate to either Prilosec or possibly Nexium generics if you’re getting really bad stomach problems or have stomach problems from the past or just generally had/have a finicky stomach. Only dif between prilo and nex is that nex is the active isomer from prilo which can give better results in some, or you could double your prilo dose to double up active (and double the inert isomer from prilosec at same time).

Ranitidine is nice for minor issues at random times or simply late at night as i suggested because its relatively rapid onset (<45 minutes). The other medications listed are “days” onset but are useful for stopping and possibly reversing some GERD development.

Doesnt tren kill your good gut bacteria? That’s why people get insane acid reflux and indigestion on it. I took ox bile for a while but honestly that didn’t work much. I just keep the tums on deck when running it and get high to keep my hunger up

Proton pump inhibitor is a godsend for stomach issues on tren

Ya the throwing up could have been due to an intense workout in a hot warehouse. But regardless the tren was messing my stomach up and no I’m not the only guy who gets this from tren.

Regardless thanks to those of you who have something helpful to suggest.

Doesn’t matter what I do, once I start getting indigestion I have to drop it. Greens, glutamine, antacids, ACV, pre/probiotics, more water/fiber, nothing helps it besides dropping it for me.

Ever try omeprazole or another proton pump inhibitor?

I have to roll omeprazole ED for the duration at anything above 350/wk along with probiotics and at 700+ I use enzymes as well.

This is only for Ace however, Hex doesn’t do anything to my gut.

How do you dose the probiotics and digestive enzymes?
Probiotics I just take whatever the dose recommendation is before breakfast and the enzymes I use are for animals in powder form (prozyme maybe? It’s in a purple thing), I add 1/4-1/2 teaspoon to my shakes thoughout the day.
