Tren heartburn

I just got done with my cruise and added in tren ace at 140mg a week only 2 days ago on top of my 200mg of test cyp and 4iu of gh for a small recomp. In the past I have not experienced much heartburn from tren at a lower dose like this. I actually like most side effects from I get from tren at a lower dose, gives me drive and grit in and outside the gym. The one thing I can't stand is this bad heartburn I am experiencing starting so early, only day two. I will keep running tren for the next 4 weeks so if I have to ill deal with the heartburn. But would be appreciative of any suggestions on how to minigate this side.

You can try Betaine and Pepsin, I’ve heard that helps some people. Also a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar 20-30 mins before a meal can help.

Same. As long as I dont eat like a fucking asshole I’ve never had issues with heartburn on Tren. I feel like most of the digestive problems people have with Tren are just them eating like shit because “I’m on Tren lol i can eat anything and wont get fat” or running insane weekly dosages that are counterproductive (not saying this is OP necessarily but just something I’ve noticed)

As someone who’s had Pylori for a long time and just recently got cleared of the infection, I would say the most important thing in terms of avoiding heartburn is to identify your trigger foods.

Some foods will cause me to have HORRENDOUS heartburn no matter how many PPI’s, tums, etc. I take. For me it’s dairy. Idk why. I don’t have a food allergy to it (been tested), but it’s a big trigger.

Another one is ketchup, garlic, black pepper and red pepper.

Oh, strangely enough also cauliflower lol.

I can see how eating shitty could exacerbate stomach acid, in many cases this probably is the underlying factor behind heartburn. In my case it is not. I eat extremely lean meats and carbs, no fast food, cook 90% of my meals.

Interesting point about dairy. I recently switched over from almond milk to 2% for taste purpose... I am going to start using almond milk again and see if this helps clear up this issue. Thanks for the reply!

Omeprazole is going to be your friend. Keep a bottle at home, work and in your vehicle. I take 1 when I first get up and before I eat dinner as long as I’m on Tren. Takes a couple days to work but it’s kept my heartburn down even on 500mg/wk.
