Tren recomp or cut?

So I’ve been cutting for about a month and at some point wanted to add in tren to my cruise dose (first time with tren) and I’ve heard so many different takes on what tren can or cannot do in a deficit, I’ve heard tren can build muscle in a deficit but it’s dose dependent, or tren can burn fat in a mild surplus given diet/cardio/training are on point (also dose dependent) and lastly I’ve heard recomps are a waste of time regardless of tren. if at all possible I’d like to attempt a recomp but I’ve never tried or thought about trying to until now but I’m not quite sure if I’d just be basically spinning my wheels or if tren actually does assist with this goal.

The point of a cruise is to give your body a break. Tren is too harsh for a cruise so save that for when you decide to blast. Everyone has different experiences with Tren. In my experience I was able to put on muscle in a deficit and I was noticing weekly changes. Amazing compound.

Whether you want to cut or recomp would be dependent on your current stats and end goals. What are your stats?

My bad I should have worded that differently, I was going to add tren to a cruise dose of test (150mg) I have been cruising for around 8 weeks after a 12 week blast and don’t intend to start till I get everything I may need (caber, nolva, bloodwork, ect.) so by then I should be ready to blast as long as nothing is off in my bloodwork.

I’m currently 6’0 220 and if I had to guess I’d say I’m around 15-17% bf faintly visible abs, so I was just contemplating if I should just cut first and then attempt a recomp but if I can add even a little muscle while cutting then I’d definitely do that.

Don’t add tren to your cruise. It’s too harsh on a cruise…. Make sure bloodwork is great before starting another blast. If it is gtg start a blast with test+tren and focus on cutting since ur bf is at 15-17%. You’ll for sure want to have arimidex+caber on hand with those compounds. so you don’t have any estrogen or prolactin issues. Not sure why you’d need Nolvadex though.

At the end of a 12 week test c 500/week cycle I decided to run test c/Tren a/mast p for 8 weeks.
Week 1 - 600/150/150
Week 2 - 600/300/300
Week 3 - 600/500/500
Week 4-8 - 600/700/700.
By week two my traps were popping.
In the first 4 weeks I gained 15 lbs and strength was way up.
In the last 4 weeks I lost 20 lbs and my waist slimmed down tight and had visible abs and obliques and I never did core workouts.
My strength actually plateaud but that’s because i didn’t increase calories bc I decided to embrace the recomp. I lost about 5% body fat without even trying over the 8 weeks. Only sides I experienced was a bit of hypo feeling randomly throughout the day and slight appetite suppression maybe 2/3 random times a week. Also acne on shoulders. No insomnia or night sweats or rage or intrusive thoughts.

Yea I wasn’t planning on it, I was going to add it in after I get all the needed ancillaries and supplements over the next few weeks and by the time my cruise comes to an end I’ll have everything needed. The nolvadex was in case of a gyno flair up unless rolax would be a better option, I’ve never had any real e2 sides besides oily skin and bloating but I’ve read the tren makes you more estrogen sensitive so I figured I’d get something for gyno just in case even though it’s never been an issue before, and if anything is out of range I’ll definitely be holding off for a while.

That’s actually what I’m looking for with this blast, what were your calories like?

Definitely save tren for your cut. You dont need tren during a bulking phase as Test and lots and lots of food and sleep will give 98% of the results from a mass building perspective with minimal side effects. You’re only gonna be adding in compounds/increasing dose when you are in a deficit and are at risk of losing muscle/strength. Structure your diet and optimize your sleep so that you can get away with using the lowest effective dose and still get great results. That means starting at a low dose (100-150mg/week) and slowly titrating up as you start noticing loss of muscle/strength and as you start getting into a steeper and steeper caloric deficit. Tren is the epitome of less is more and I don’t ever see a reason for running it at more than 2mg/lb of body weight.
