Trenbolone Fatigue

Been on Test 250 / Tren 250/ Mast 250 a week and the fatigue is unbearable. I’ve been able to workout only like once a week due to being completely exhausted. Is there any way to combat it because it seems counter-productive when I can’t push through a workout.

If it’s that draining in general, either lower the dose and increase the mast and/or test or drop the tren completely. Because you’re right. It is counterproductive when you can’t even workout with any intensity.

Have you used tren before? Also what does your diet look like? These amounts should not be causing lethargy to the degree you describe. However, tren is really effective at nutrient partitioning so I definitely have to up my carbs on tren. And I don’t mean daily totals so much as consistent 5 or 6 meals spread out through the day and making sure I get ample carbs . Running the same compounds at 350/350/350 and have to make sure I’m giving my body steady carbs throughout the day.

Calories are around 3500 and yes I ran tren before and I always seem to get this fatigue but this is the first time I’ve ran enanthate. I’m going to end up dropping it completely I was just curious if anyone else had the same issue.

I’d take this with a grain of salt cause I’ve actually never ran Tren before cause I’m worried about temper issues lol. Anyways with Enanthate I’m assuming you’re pinning 2x a week? Maybe switch to eod to keep your bloods more stable. Stable blood levels usually help mitigate negative sides, maybe someone with more experience can chime in.

Tren can cause liver toxicity, some get hit quite hard. Could be it.
Agreed with this. not to mention the kidney stress. i piss dark yellow on tren and feel like shit after 2 weeks.

I know I have to up my water on tren. And I also get the dark colored piss.
I only ran enth once and I hated tren E. Had run A very other time before and after…but the E was a terrible cycle. I just assumed it me being dramatic but hearing someone else having an entirely different E vs. A experience makes me think I wasn’t crazy. Ha

There’s something else going on. Tren doesn’t fatigue you as in lethargy. You’ll notice cardio-fatigue when you do squats or deadlifts. Those are the only two exercises that causes me to be winded. 3 minutes after the set, I’m ready to hit it again.

And I’ve pushed Tren as far as 800mg, when it wasn’t even necessary. I don’t go beyond 400mg anymore.

With that said… you should go back into cruise.

Start with upping dose on test until you find your sweet spot stay there for 2 weeks, then introduce mast, ramp that up until you hit your sweet spot, stay for 2 weeks, finally introduce Tren.

If you’re still fatigue before Tren is reintroduce, get a thorough blood work done. Not that cheap shit either. Prepare to spend $500ish.

I’ve blasted Tren for nearly a year, had blood work done at the hospital (gallstones found recently), all my values are legit except the obvious being LDL.

I’ve ran the exact same cycle twice. First time, I felt amazing. Second time, exactly what you’re experiencing. I can’t say for sure why it was the case, but I do know that my body no longer tolerates tren at any dosage, even 100mg/wk makes life hell.

Hard to say for sure what the issue is, we all react different. But it’s a good idea to drop the tren for sure.

Personally I start to feel fatigue if my mast:test ratio isn’t. Ive played around with this at TRT dosages of test and added in mast. Initially I had trt at 125mg/week and when I added mast e at 125mg/week, for the first week I started to get the mood enhancing effects of mast. The second week I felt fantastic, by the third I started to feel lethargic and like I has having low E2, and I wasn’t completely saturated with mast at that level yet. So for me, I need to run less mast than test to feel great. It doesn’t have to be much lower than my test but it does. Again this is all anecdotal and I don’t even know what bloods I would get to prove this is functional but this is just what I’ve noticed on several cruises where I’ve played around with mast.
