Trips is a pleasure to work with, very responsive and professional. T/A took awhile but absolutely no fault of source, postal service in my city was still suffering from post holiday hangover.

Missed one vial and Trips went above and beyond to make up for it, never left me hanging and kept me in the loop. A great start to what hopefully will end up being a long standing reliable source. The Jano tests on his products so far have been on point can’t wait to run some of his gear.
