Trouble getting off cruise

How’s it going I’ve been cruising for the past 6-8 months because the last time I came up I just felt like complete shit. I’m not making any gains that I couldn’t make naturally in my opinion. The only reason why I’m staying on is because mentally I feel like shit when I come off. Does anyone have any advice or tips for me and what I should do

How old are you and why do you want to come off cruise? I may be a bit biased because I didn’t start using steroids until I was 30 as I planned to bnc for life, but I don’t see the point in pct. if I happen to get shit sleep I’ll still have good testosterone the next day & I can keep my levels exactly where I want them. Sure I have to stick myself with a needle for life, but it’s a small price to pay.

You’ll make way less gains natty especially after being on a long time. Over time you will lose a lot if not all of what you got now. I was 10 -15 pounds heavier and much leaner than I am now when I was on trt. Was off for over a year and half. Had low test the entire time most likely. 300-400 ng/dl. Felt totally fine but couldn’t make any gains physically. Got kind of soft and loss muscle during that time.

I’ve been back on self prescribed trt for a week now.

What’s your reasoning for wanting to come off? If you think trt doesn’t help in making gains compared to someone fresh off years or extended periods of time on exogenous test your in for an awaking. You could get away with a few months off and keep most of what you look like now probably.

Want to come off cus I’m young (26) for fertility, health, money, sick of injections. I honestly don’t care about 10 pounds of muscle but I get really depressed when I try to come off

Are you trying to have kids right now? The point I’m trying to make is after all this your levels will probably never be high naturally again. I def had high test as a teenager. I doubt I’ll ever have high test naturally again. That’s a decision I’ll live with and it’s really not a big deal.

What makes you feel so shitty when your off? Are you mentally weak or something? Have you ever been through some real fucked up shit? There’s more important things than having the false illusion of feeling “alpha” which test has never done for me anyways. If you really want to come off and don’t care about your body or have goals with working out than just come off. You’ll get over the mental shit and realize coming off isn’t really a big deal mentally unless your a weak ass pussy In the head. There’s people struggling to survive out there bro feeling a little off ain’t going to bodybag you.

Damn well I respect that your atleast honest with yourself. For me im back on because I love to workout and make progress and it makes my life fun. I enjoy this shit. If you don’t care about that you will probably get through the depression that comes from the first couple months of having low test and you’ll get used to it or your levels might even rebound.

But in most cases this is a life long decision imho
