First time taking var. Have taken Halo about 8 years ago, but didn't take diet seriously. I still made pretty good gains. This time is different and I will illustrate what I am doing below!

I am not ordering any fast food, pizza, or eating any bullshit on this. I have been drinking approximately 5 liters of water per day. I drink 2 liters at the gym.
Majority of my calories have come from chicken, rice, eggs, and sardines, yougurt, fruit, protein powder...but I have to switch that shit up or develop other cookies recipes.
Thank God I am not picky.

The last two days on var I can see what people are talking about when they mention tightness. Shout of to @viper-flex, super legit, great T/A, etc etc. among the others who were helping me over at my other tread:

Stats
- 6'1, 190lbs, and approximately 20% bf when I started
- Rebounded off a breakup with my girlfriend. Lease is up in a couple months. I am getting back on the prowl.
- Ate a lot of pizza and drank a lot of alcohol. I cut that shit out 2 weeks ago. I've been on var for the last 7 days.
- TRT with var
- I usually take 160mg/ml per week, but I have bumped that up to 200mg/ml per week, alongside of 50mg var daily.
- 6 days per week. John Meadows Avalanche Routine.
- Cardio 3-4 times per week immediately after training.
- Stair stepper 70% of the time.
- I am horny. My cardio sucks. So will my lipid profile. Cardio deserves my sweat.

- Starting to stretch at night so I may sleep like a baby, when I have time.

Goals
- I want to sit down and not have pudge sticking out. This fucks with my confidence.
- I want to reach PRs on my lifts. All of them really, as I haven't been training consistently and don't have crazy numbers to beat anyway.
- Basically, get a good headstart on my physique prior to hopping off the var and getting back to a regular dose of TRT.
