Hey folks,
I plan to run a ~ 36 week cycle which is outlined below, but first I’ll give you some background and my goals.
Background: this will be my 5/6th cycle. I’ve ran test, deca, tren, EQ, and orals before throughout previous cycles I’ve ran, so I have a moderate amount of experience but this time my goals are very specific. I’m in my late 20’s, 195 pounds, have been natural for almost 4yrs now, and haven’t had an issue with getting levels back naturally subsequent to doing long cycles. During this time I’ve learned how to diet correctly and use performance nutrition. This cycle will be tailored towards performance regarding CrossFit/Olympic lifting now. When I was younger I competed at the highest levels of sport we know of and I’ve been lifting since I was 13/14yrs old.
Goals: I’d like to gain ~ 15-25lb while increasing my cardiovascular capacity, which is already very high, while simultaneously improving my strength on all my lifts. My goals are to keep 10-15 of the pounds I gain after I finish this up. If you think I should substitute any other compounds in for the DECA let me know, I’m receptive to feedback. Below is my proposed cycle.
Proposed Cycle:
Test 350/ week ~ 4-6 weeks
Test 450/ week ~ 12
Test 250/ week - cruise ~ 6 weeks
Test 500/ week ~ 12 weeks
DECA 250-300/week - only the first 16 weeks and the last 12 weeks
DECA 250-300/ week ~ 16 weeks on, 8 weeks off during the cruise, then 12 weeks on again; this part of my cycle is in question because I initially wanted to use NPP but don’t want to pin more than 2x/week. I’m hesitant because deca causes loads of water retention and NPP has those cleaner, less watery gains. The question to everyone on here is if it’s okay to pin 150mg of NPP twice a week with the test, or is this a non-starter?
HGH: 2iu ED for 4 months, then 3iu ED for 5 months (I will run HGH throughout, and a few months after my PCT)
—— I’ve also thought of just doing a HGH and cardarine cycle only for 8 months to a year and do test a year or so down the line and I would like thoughts on it. I propose this because right now I’m naturally producing really high Test levels and I don’t want to fuck that up forever but I also think the HGH and cardarine only could provide consistently better recovery, strength gain and cardio capacity without having to shut myself down so hard and fight to keep the gains from testosterone and nandrolone.
Cardarine 20mg/ day ~ 1 month on 1 month off
Adex 0.25mg Every 3 Days
PCT: 15,000iu hcg, nolva, clomid, tongkat Ali/Fadogia
