Update to extremely high liver values

Edit: forgot to add original blood work

Made a post about having 1000+ AST, ALT liver values about a month ago. Now I’m sitting at about 85 for both a little less than a month later. I came off for two weeks and then switched to a cruise. I did 100 mg test E/week the first week I started injecting again. The second week I got a call that an old foreign girlfriend was coming to my country so I switched back to 250mg testE/week. The blood work was taking during this week which is why my testosterone levels were high. I didn’t want to have any libido trouble. Switched back to 100mg now. Still a few blood levels are high but the liver values are less scary now. Besides a phlebotomy and not doing any tren/alcohol/drugs, what do you recommend to bring down the other high markers?

\good on you for keeping a close eye. seems like you are doing the right things. another thing you could do is watch your fat intake, and make sure it’s healthy fats, try your best to avoid trans and saturated fats. if you eat a generally clean diet then you shouldn’t have any problems

I’d add in NAC at 1200mg/day. That should definitely help to bring those liver values down.

Other than that, unloading some blood is really all you need to do.

Not suggesting you disregard any medical tests but those numbers (1500+) are extreme and you would likely have seen jaundice, yellow eyes, etc. Causes for those values are severe health issues. Even if you stopped HRT it would not clear immediately and drop results that dramatically unless you were doing very short esters exclusively at very high dose.

Again not suggesting you be anything but remain very cautious but sometimes labs mix results by accident or taint samples. I work with data and when something radical pops up you always have to consider flawed data collection.

What were you on that made your liver values so high?
350 test e, 500 tren e, 350 mast e per week. 50mg anavar, 20mg cialis daily

My kidneys were probably strained from my kidney infection I had right before the blast. I should of waited another month before blasting. To lower creatinine you have to switch to a low protein diet and avoid vigorous exercise. Two things I do regularly as a bodybuilder… I’m eating healthy and doing low protein right now but it’s hard to avoid vigorous exercise since I do manual labor for work. I’ll get bloods a month from the last one and update y’all. I know there’s a few serious complications if you let your creatinine stay high.

This was always in the back of my mind. I didn’t feel as sick as my blood work showed. Once I got the results I had a placebo effect where I though I was sick. I’m still cruising for a while until all my blood gets back to normal. I hope inaccurate blood work was the reason for the high levels.

Is it okay if I ask why you feel saturated fats shouldn’t be consumed?

this graphic from the CDC gives you some good information on the different types of dietary fats

Yeah, those liver values are crazy high. Var isn’t hepatotoxic enough to shoot your levels up that much. I don’t know your history though. Are/were you a serious drinker?

Glad you got them down (if they were in fact accurate in the first place). Niacin (avoid the flush-free kind) does wonders for lipids. 1g-2g a day, but the downside is that prolonged use can negatively affect your liver. Might want to try it for two weeks at a gram and then take a break.
