I’m getting a little older now almost 30 and I’m
Starting to get some little aches and pains in my back and delts, how do you guys warmup prior to a workout and for how long ? I’ve started using bands and foam roller before my upper workout but not sure if I’m warmed up wnough

I’m 30 and feel my joints getting a little aches here and there after lifting heavy for so long. The gym I go to has various bands in the women area. I bring one or two medium resistance ones to my area and do random streches with them. I’ll be honest I don’t know what I’m doing half the time with them but they get the blood flowing nicley and I get small pump built up from using them. That’s usually when I put them back and continue with whatever I’m working out that day. My post might not be much help but I would continue using the bands and just look at some random streches that you can do with then.

Been watching some of defrancos videos on IG he has some shoulder health moves on there worth a look
