Interesting. I would have thought pharma pills had more than one year of shelf life.

Perhaps they say one year for legal reasons and it’s really good for a few more years

yes has to be a legality purpose i would assume at least still 90% effective at that time

Yeah that would rape my estrogen down to nothing. 12.5mg 2x per week is all I've ever needed.
