Using IU with HCG

At some point in the future I'm going to come off the anabolics and wanted some feedback for PCT. I noticed that HCG is dosed in IU and also can be taken at a pretty wide range of dosages. First, I'm going to lay out my cycles and time frame. I started taking 100mg test E on January 1st, once every 3.5 days. I also am just finishing up a cycle of dbol at 50mg a day and I'm on the last week of that. I plan to continue taking the test E once the dbol runs out in a week. I'm going to take a month off from the orals before starting again. Sometimes in mid March I'm going to start an anavar cycle at 50mg per day for 8 weeks while continuing the test E as well. After those 8 weeks of anavar going to continue taking test E into July. At that time I plan on stopping the test and starting PCT. I plan on taking nolvadex with HCG but wondering at what dosage should I try starting the HCG at and I'm assuming there are syringes used for IU that I'll have to get. My current ones are are in mL. Not sure if they make pins in IU or you just convert IU to mL. Advice would be great. Thanks
