USPS has my package

So heres the deal: I have my order being delivered to A UPS Store P.O. box.
I got a text from UPS that my package had been delivered but when I went to my box I only had a note from USPS stating I had to come in to pick up the package see pic attached.
Am I fucked? has anybody gotten shipments sent to a PO box and then had to go pick up their package at USPS? Did you encounter any issues or get charged?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

That’s a note from the ups store saying you have a package ready to be picked up lol. Just take the slip to the counter and you’ll sign a touch screen, then they’ll give you your pack.
