VA doctor gave these results when I asked for a Testosterone Test - How the hell should I read this?

I know this is a jumbled mess. I've googled quite a bit of information but I seem like there is quite a bit of missing information. I may go to an outside source for legit bloodwork prior to my cycle.
He mentioned I don't have low testosterone - but most reference material gives for example "300-1200ng/dL" - my results show .89 with a reference of .6 to 1.6
Just confusing on my end and he wouldn't explain anything. Am I an idiot or is E2 missing completely?

Can anybody help me read these results - there any value here?

I may just go through LabCorp and order my own test. Who are ya'll using?

It's in ng/ml instead of the usual ng/dl. Just convert it.

3.9 is 390 ng/dl.
