I am here to disclose my recent transaction with Valiant Labs. Please note that this information has been sent to and confirmed by the moderators, delays in USPS, and Valiant’s vacation was taken into account. Here is a timeline-

-1/10/21: Order for 120 x Dbol placed and payment/ shipping confirmed on same date. Tracking # requested due to COVID delays and being sent to an apartment complex.

-1/22/21: Tracking # provided by Valiant.

-1/26/21: Package delivered to a different zip code. Contacted USPS on the same date and was informed the package was not sent to the address I provided Valiant with.

-1/29/21: USPS could not locate the package after it was delivered. Requested re-ship from Valiant. Valiant suggested I use a different drop location.

-1/30/21: Provided re-ship address to the leasing office in the apartment complex.

-1/31/21: Valiant requested I pay for additional shipping costs. I agreed. Sent payment on the same date. Valiant’s original shipping cost for the order was $5 and he had me send in $15 for the reship.

-2/8/21: Requested tracking # for the reship.

-2/20/21: Tracking # provided for reship.

-2/25/21: During transit I noticed the zip code was incorrect once again. Contacted Valiant on the matter and USPS.

-2/26/21: Package delivered to the address not provided. After several contacts via USPS they informed me the address it was delivered to. Drove to the house it was delivered to and left a note for the owners to contact me if they received my package.

-2/28/21: Obtained the package from the incorrect delivery address. Confirmed from the shipping label that the product was sent to an incorrect address. Valiant guaranteed that the package was sent to the address I provided. This was not the case. Originally thought this was a USPS error, but it was a shipping error - twice. The other thing to note was that the package was sealed and there was no product inside of it.

Unfortunately this entire process took 1.5 months. Cost me a small amount ($120). I am most upset about the communication and blatant disregard for my safety. Not receiving any product at the end of this ordeal is honestly just the cherry on top.

Valiant claims that the product was shipped and also to the address I provided. I am unsure how that is the case given that I have the package/ label I drove to the other address to retrieve. His solution in our final emails was that I have an OPSEC issue, no more re-ships, and he hopes that I get this situation figured out.

It is worth noting that prior to an order with Valiant an order through TSG was placed and shipped successfully to the same address.

Extremely disappointing transaction, T/A, and communication. I will gladly answer any further questions about my experience. I have also been on the forum for around 4 years, unfortunately I had to create a new account with the new site. This is not a scam but use your best judgement when assessing my experience. I am only here to inform. Out of the 10 or so labs I have used this is the first time I have made a formal complaint on the boards. If the mods request anymore information to be verified through me I will gladly email them and provide them with anything of interest.

So. This customer ordered the min order of 100 bucks. 105 total. 2 bags of dbol. For being patient I put and extra bag of dbol in the back. When shipping updated I provided with tracking. Customer says it wasn’t delivered even tracking says delivered. He calls post office and they say it was written wrong and put into the computer wrong ? So me and Usps both were wrong ! ???

I said ok whatever I want to make this guy happy. I resent another 2 dbol. Which got stuck in shipping. (Note there are customers out there who were waiting on Philly Usps and my reships for hundreds of dollars or more and everyone got everything ). So after emails I said ok and resent another 2 dbol. This time customer says it again was sent to a wrong address ? We put the address he gave every time. It’s not hard to do. So again he says it can’t be recovered by Usps but he went to the address that Usps said was delivered. (Usps will never give someone else’s address out) but ok maybe he got lucky and they did. So he goes there a random address and the box is Un open and address was wrong and the box
Was empty ? So I’m sending empty boxes to random addresses. If I’m scamming for 100 bucks why even take the time and money out to send an empty box ? When I can say it was stuck in shipping or just ignore him. I’m not sure what this was but it’s insane at this point I’m -few hundred but I refuse to send more free product. He can re order and again use whatever drop he chooses but no more free reships after this one.

I’ll set aside the fact the box was sealed and empty for the time being. I also acknowledged delays in USPS.

I claimed this may have been an error on USPS since you stated that the package was sent to the correct address. The zip code I sent you in my shipping information did not match the tracking number provided. I noticed this same issue when you sent me the second tracking number. Initially I thought this may have been a USPS issue.

The same issue to occurred twice in a row and once I retrieved the package there is irrefutable evidence that it was NOT sent to the address I provided you with.

Here’s what I will do. I am going to send one more reship. Email me the drop. It will be documented to mods. So will the proof of it being shipped. And then that’s where it will end. Even If aliens take this one I can’t help after this. Thank the mods they’re the best.

Package was reshipped to correct address and delivered successfully.
