Hello made payment was told wasn’t found, I sent it though bitcoin to email. Source is claiming didn’t get it and calls me a scammer. I looked and that email has a bitcoin account meaning they got it. He says he wanted sent to a different account. I’m somewhat confused? Wouldn’t he see in that account my payment? Sorry if I sound dumb I just assumed you send to the email account listed with the source.

No, you send it to the bitcoin address that they give you.

I’m a little confused as well. I’d double-check that you weren’t phished and that you did indeed contact the source, and send payment to the source and not a phishing email pretending to be the source.
