could you share the “tweaks”? I did follow vertical 2 for a while, and really liked it, but not going to pay $100 for a diet book

If you follow Stan’s social media you can probably pick up on things he’s adjusted if you just pay attention to what he talks about now vs what he used to talk about. I don’t particularly follow his diet but I do pull a lot of ideas from what he preaches in free content and I’d imagine that you can do the same to adjust your program to the newer version. Honestly if what you’re currently using is working for you though, you’re probably fine. Give it a bit of time and that price tag may drop for a sale.
