I've been using Viper for a while now, and they've always delivered quality products and on time. What I love about them though is the customer support, so I wanted to share my recent experience with them to show my appreciation for what they did for me.
They had a sale recently, and I ran into some unexpected money issues so I didn't really have the cash to buy during the sale. I shot them an email and asked if they thought they would have any primo left over after the sale. Not only did they say they would hold some for me, they put in my whole order with the sale prices. So payday comes around a week later, they are still fine with me paying the sale prices even a week later, but then I log into my coinbase account from a new computer and I get locked out. This ended up being an issue for a week, but they were kind enough to extend my order for another week.
Because of this, I was able to start my prep for my show with the products I wanted from a brand I trust. All around great experiences with these guys and I appreciate what they did for me.
