Any suggestions to lower E2 levels? I'm taking Asin 3x a week and I think taking more could lead to sides should I try switching to Adex or adding another compound to lower?

Just because it says your estrogen is out of range on the blood work isn’t a bad thing necessarily.

Test is over 3000ng/dl your e2 follows. I don’t mind mine a little high if I’m not getting negative feedback from my body. I personally like Aromasin over adex so if you want it lower either lower your test or raise your aromasin. Or you could add in some primo or if your higher body fat % you will convert more into estrogen so getting leaner (if your not) will naturally help also.

If you didn't get the ultra sensitive estradiol test, that number is probably wrong anyways

You could use letrozole. You don’t have to take a full mg just take .500 mg. It will cut the estrogen down tremendously but also don’t forget to take a baby aspirin to thin your blood. Or donate.

I would add 200 primo a week and see how that goes. I was doing 400 test c a week and my E2 was 94 with no AI. I added 300 primo a week and 6.5 Aromasin 3x a week and it dropped to 14!! I know the Aromasin didn't do that. I'm doing the same cycle now but added 200 Npp and dropping the Aromasin completely to see how it goes.
