Let me know if this is GTG fellas.

Also would appreciate any tips to raise my garbage IGF-1 levels. I suspect a GH deficiency since mine has been hot trash my whole life.

Looks good here. Take GH or IGF-1 to raise those levels.. MK will make you watery and bloated af
