I ordered some Primo and test not during any sales. Viper was responsive in emailing. Total time from order confirmation to delivery was 12 days, which is a bit longer then I would like but everything came as expected 
. As a sidenote, viperflex charges $15 for shipping and uses Ground Advantage instead of the quicker priority mail which many other sources use and charge only $10. However, as long as you are not in need of your shipment ASAP, viper is a great choice for quality!
