Injected my delts the other day with some tren ace 200. I’m used to having pip but I don’t believe I’ve had all these issues come up around an injection site. At first I thought it was just my left delt and thought I maybe didnt clean it enough and I infected it but a day later my right delt is the same way. First time pinning delts is this normal if maybe I didnt go deep enough or something? I understand it’s a virgin muscle but never got it before with other virgins. No flu symptoms or anything like that either.

I’m pretty sure it’s a combo of virgin muscle and high concentration oil. Take ibuprofen and monitor your temperature as well as any redness that might appear. Also take into account the length of the needle used. Possible subq leak with high dose oil would be painful as well.

It can be a normal reaction. U could have not gone deep enough or possibly a reaction to the carrier oil or the stronger concentration of the gear being dosed at 200mg. They using more solvents to get it to hold at higher mg/mL. I’m guessing it’s in mig840? Have u used mig before some people have a nasty reaction to it = really bad pip. Have u done any other injections in different parts of ur body? If so did u experience the same symptoms? If ur not running a fever ur more than likely ok but just keep an eye on it. If it gets worse or u start to spike a fever please go see a Dr. IMMEDIATELY. Infections deep in the muscle can turn bad real quick.

That’s what I was kind of thinking regarding the subQ. I used 5/8 inche needles probably way to short? Temp was 96.7 last night and 94.7 this morning haha do infections make you run low or high?

I have used it before I believe with a npp 150 concentration but maybe this still has more solvents. I have hit my legs and yea crazy pip where i couldn’t move my legs or be with my girl that’s why I tried delts. Thanks for the info I was curious when or if going to a doc would be neccesary.

It’ll be higher…its prob nothing to worry about but just better to be safe than sorry. Some Advil to help with the pain n monitor it for a few days. I noticed sometimes with mig it’ll like lump up. U can try using a heating pad to help break up the knot n get ur body to absorb it faster.

If it continues to get worse def seek medical attention. I’m on antibiotics right now from ironically enough, a left delt infection injecting test E 400 I got from a source on here. I initially thought it could’ve possibly been bad pip too, but the series of events that took place def confirmed infection. Could’ve just been a bad pin on my part that caused it, but I’ve been in he medical field for 20 years and have given countless IM injections to people of all ages…so I kinda know what I’m doing…but introducing bacteria when you pin is always a possibility. I havent pinned that gear again. Currently using another sources test E 400 brewed in the same carrier (m840) with no issues other than expected pip and soreness one would expect in muscles that haven’t touched gear in a long while. You’ve already gotten some good advice such as Advil and applying heat to the area, but if it worsens see a doc or get some antibiotics.

How many days has it been since you pinned? How many days later did the symptoms begin to alarm you?

So whose gear gave you an infection?

I’m really not interested in calling anyone out and placing blame. Like I said, it very well could’ve been something other than the oil. I’ll never know what caused it because I threw the vial in the trash. Wasn’t gonna pin it again just in case it could’ve been the oil and potentially repeat the process. Luckily I only had one vial of it. I feel like it would be wrong to name a source when it possibly had nothing to do with the gear. I am however interested in hearing this guys outcome.

Hey man. I had an infection 2 months ago in my glute. Everything was fine and routine so I have no idea what caused the infection. The things you should look out for is a low grade fever and chills; Rednes/swelling that spreads. Take a permanent marker and draw a circle around the redness. If it travels outside the circle go to the ER… I told them I inject B12 since I was 15 because my family does it. They did a ultrasound and took blood to see if I wasn’t going to die, and then my gave me antibiotics. The pain was gone within a week.

Don’t say you got an infection from gear and then refuse to name the source. I swear you noobs are so much more concerned with protecting sources than you are about raising any possible red flags that could protect other users. You guys are the worst

I had a left outer quad infection from injecting 400 mg/mL test e from a source on here as well. It started out as severe PIP then progressed to redness and warmth that spread down the side of my left thigh all the way to my calf. Antibiotics cleared everything within a week to 10 days.
I’ve been injecting my quads for 15 years and have never experienced anything like this ever before. Needless to say…I threw away that vial if test e. I have one left over that I’m debating on what to do with…most like throw it in the trash.

Do you realize how many new guys “think” they have an infection. Even if they go to the doctor, more than likely the doctor is not going to know if it’s pip from a subq, virgin muscle, allergic reaction etc., so they will just treat it as an infection. Not to mention, how would we know if it wasn’t their own fault from unsafe injection practices? Lot of variables to think about

He claimed he’s been in the medical field for 20 years giving injections. If that’s to be believed then it’s unlikely from unsafe injection practices. The point is you speak up in case others are experiencing the same but have brushed it off or are afraid to say anything.
