No amount of gear can fix a bad diet. Fix your diet and work on your cycle planning when it’s consistent.

I see too many people hop on crazy cycles with the worst diets and wonder why they’re getting fat.

No female in the history of females has ever been 3% and still breathing. Either you're system of measurement is off by at least 10% or you're married to a corpse.

my wife has cut as low as 3% bodyfat. i know thats terrifying to most of the world. idk how she does it, but she does. and when she does it she stil gains muscle. she defies every natural law of physique i have ever known. she hates being over 15% Body fat, and wants to live life around 10-15% i am aware that most female athletes compete around 15-18% and bodybuilders compete at 6-8% and very few women ever have gone below 5%. but my wife hit 3% in 2019. she was eating 2100 calories/day 350 grams of protein. she would run 5-10K daily average pace 7min mile, and lift for 1-2 hours / day. i told her she's insane. but she likes it.

and as to your question "are you high" - no i crashed hours ago. lol
There's absolutely zero chance that your wife was ever 3% bodyfat

I believe it's possible that some scan or something may have told her she was 3% bodyfat. Just like all of these football players claiming similar nonsense. But they're extremely inaccurate and there's just no real possibility that any woman ever had been 3% bf unless she was dead. It's extremely unlikely and painstaking for a man to get to 5%, a true 5%. Women it just doesn't happen, that's not the way their bodies work

I don't think this dude was really here to ask about a cycle, as he claimed. He sure didn't like the unanimous reply about the inaccuracy of his bf assessments.
