Get that taken care of asap. I made that mistake before, I won’t do it again.

I personally take lisinopril and HCTZ. There a few routes you could take as far as meds go.

That’s a lot of asin. Are you higher body fat? A few things you could do besides or in addition to meds. Cardio, use less salt in your food, drop body fat, supplements, and last but not least, drop your dosages. I’d probably recommend doing that until you get things figured out. Good luck.

I'm low bf. The asin dosage keeps me at around 20-30 E2. I just did labs. I'm dropping to a cruise and going to up my cardio. Bummed but would rather be healthy. Thanks for the advice 🙏

Usually a daily or EOD dose of 5-10 mg of cailis will help regulate BP. Surprised it's up that high. Have you have a history or this or something more recent?

I agree I haven't had this high BP on any other cycle. Guess it's just a compound that my body doesnt agree with also never converted e2 this much. It's been a weird cycle.
i experimented with NPP before. I was able to use 200mg fine, but i tried 300 and 350 and my bp noticeably spiked. Also those gains are very hard to hold after imo

i just checked my blood pressure on 150 Test 150 primo & 5mg Cialis daily. it was 100/80. Any clue why? Does Cialis have that much of a fluctuation? I was on cycle with 350 test last summer and was 125/80

BP is def spiked by a lot of NPP or Deca. Wonderful bulking compounds I can't do without, but it's due to the water retention that spikes it. I got a ton of Telmisartan raws on hand, but haven't needed any if I keep Nandro below say 250 for me but depends on the person. Its easily manageable

Thanks for all the feedback guys.

I cut the NPP for now, dropped the test to 300mg/wk.

Got some Telmisartan and have been monitoring BP. Back to 120-130/70 range.

There should not be that much variability unless you are not setting up the correct context for measuring your BP.

You should really be sitting still for at least 5 minutes, and wait about 5 minutes between each test. Also no eating/drinking, exercise, or have anything caffeinated within 30 minutes of taking test.

Here is a reference for how to properly take blood pressure.

You probably already know this, and don't believe it makes a considerable difference, but it does. There's also some debate regarding what constitutes high diastolic blood pressure, as it seems to be creeping up from generation to generation. I'm not educated enough to comment on whether this is actually reflective of a change in lifestyle and diet, but that is something to be aware of.
