What blood work markers for low libido?

Right now I am doing 90mg of Test C every 4 days for TRT. That puts me at around 600ng/dL of total and 200 pg/mL of free testosterone on the 4th day, pre pin. A few months ago I was doing closer to 110mg which had me around 800 and 270 on the 4th day pre-pin, but still had low libido then and my estradiol was a bit high (75pg/mL), which is why I dropped to 90mg.

At 90mg my Estradiol has still been a little high the last 2 blood works (51 and 64), but no signs besides the sex drive. No issues with boners, morning wood, or finishing; just no drive. I am planning to get another lab this week.

I have thinking of a few options to try and get everything back to normal:
  1. take a low dose AI even at TRT dosages
  2. drop the dose to 40mg every 2 days
  3. try HCG, I have read that can significantly help with libido
Open to anything really, but would like to make sure I am getting the right labs to identify the root cause.

I have always done the "Hormone Panel for Males" lab work from Private MD Labs, but I am wondering if there is a biomarker that I am missing from the panel that would show why my libido isn't what it used to be when I first started TRT.

Here is what the "Hormone Panel for Males" covers:

Consider that it may be totally unrelated to your hormones/ blood work. Tons of things effect your libido or cause a lack of one. Stress, too little sleep, too much training, too little or inadequate food, depression, many different mental blocks, tension with your SO, etc.

I have certainly considered those things, but those really aren't a factor for me. Life is awesome; sleep, training and diet are all good, no issues at all and seeing a difference in the mirror - I feel really good, just a lower than normal libido over the last ~6 months. I just want to rule out anything that could show in blood, since I am getting blood work done anyways.
