What cycle next?

Trying to figure out next cycle.

I am on a cruise at 250mg test have been for a while. I want to do another blast but just can't decide what to do. I did 2 Tren E / Test E cycles one had tbol the other had mast and dhb.

I took some time off lifting because of work. Two months and now feel lazy and out of shape. I was about sub 15% bf at 190. Now I am like 196 @ like 18%.

I have Test E (a ton) and 100mg x 3 NPP on hand. I was planning a bulk and started but ran into some gyno. Its under control now. I just dosed my test way to high for me.

No I am second guessing what I should be running. I could go for more of a cut or recomp. I am open to cycle suggestions.

Maybe a good recomp...

250mg is not a cruise, unless you are a garbage responder to gear...

I want to preface this by saying that I am a big believer in running lower dosages for longer.

If your blood pressure can tolerate it, I always like to recommend Test/Mast/Trest or Test/Primo/Trest

You can get away with reasonably low dosages and make great progress.

But you could easily do something like 200/200/100 for 20 to 24 weeks.

But given that you need to do 250mg of test to cruise, you may need to do a lot more.

Never tried Trest. Don't know enough about it honestly to run it. Mast does fuck my bp.

I really like trest. It does aromatize like crazy, but I don't find that it's an issue below 200mg if I'm using the longer ester, especially if I also run a dht derivative like mast or primo.

The best comparison I can think of would be if someone stuck an enanthate ester on dbol.

If mast messed up your BP then trest would probably really fuck it up with the water retention.

But you also said you ran tren e, so if you can tolerate tren, I would honestly just tell you to run a low dose of trest with some BP meds.

Or you could always just run Deca and Test and keep it OG.

Yeah doctor gave me Nifephene 30mg for my Raynauds and it controls my BP pretty good. Just don't want to fuck my shit up.
