Your cycle? How do you keep up with what days you're pinning what, what date you're getting mid cycle blood, how long you're going? Or do you just look at a calendar and say "ok this is the date I'm starting, this is the 16 week mark, and I'm doing Monday, Wednesday, Friday" what's everyone's thoughts?

Notes app (iOS) for tracking PEDs, pinning schedule, blast start and expected end date.
  • Mid-blast bloods only if issues arise so no real target date.
  • Also track nutrition on there.
Strong app for training log.

I use a spread sheet to track my calories that way I can have an up to date TDEE which makes it super easy while cutting or bulking.

Edit: I would also stop using it at the end beginning of a cycle where you will have large water weight fluctuations. It will throw it off for a long time due to the averaging.

This is a question I've been wanting to ask. I use a regular calendar and write notes on it. I see guys online like vigorous Steve with spreadsheets and it seems cool, but I tend to do things like "I'll update the spreadsheet tonight" and I don't do it. Paper calendar for me, at this point.

Same here. I just use the calendar on my phone but it's not very detailed. Just seeing what else is out there.

I use notes on my phone and log the date, time, and dose of each pin and AI. I also use a spreadsheet where I’ve manually input all the macros for the groceries I regularly buy so that I can weigh what I eat and then input it for exact macros.
