At night time the right front upper side under neath my ribs feels sore . Like a dull cramping on off pain . I thought it's because I lay on my side and my cheap spring mattress, or that I'm 230lb and losing some body fat. Not as painfull as clen cramps, more dull .

I'm on 75mg tbol ,only oral I'm on week 4.
Rest of cycle is 1500mg test, 600npp, 600eq.

I'll note ,at night I feel dehydrated, and can't seem to catch my thirst after drinking water /power aid
And I'm stressed with relationship issues over the last 3 weeks.

If you have lver or kidney issues i wouldnt worry so much about actual "pain".. skin rashes are common, also yellowing of the skin or eyes.. Ulimately getting bloodwork done is probably the best way to go.

Forgot about all those symptoms, I'll keep an eye out. Blood work will be soon.

Liver pain is consistent with what you're describing. I was a lucky fellow and got internal shingles that affected my liver a few days before any manifestation on my skin. It's quite uncomfortable and doesn't respond to acetaminophen or NSAIDs.

Kidney pain typically registers lower down, localized effectively behind the spinal erectors. Depending on the type of issue, kidney inflammation can feel like a strange sensation of "fullness" in that area. It's a unique, alien feeling.

The pain location you are describing is in the region of your liver. Liver damage can begin with pain before other symptoms occur. The yellowing of skin and whites of eyes, ( jaundice) is from a build-up of biliruben; a toxin that a healthy liver filters out of your body. So, jaundice can take a while to develop after the damage begins. You say you are getting blood work soon. Good. Other than the obvious, other liver toxins to avoid are alcohol and Tylenol. Good luck, my friend.
