Total Testosterone in ng/dl divided by your weekly dosage.

So for me, my current total T is 844 ng/dl while administering 120mg a week.

844/120 = 7.03

^ Yeah that’s the direct answer on how to get your multiplier.

In the shortest way I can explain why a multiplier is important to use:

I think the general consensus in studies is 750-1000ng/dL results in the use of 100mg of test. So a multiplier of 7.5x - 10x is the expected. The two most common reasons why one wouldn’t be linear to this is either they’re a hypo responder or the gear is underdosed.

@Jay That is not the average multiplier on pharmaceutical grade testosterone if you look at the literature. It is about 6-6.5x . The multiplier is also normally higher on lower doses of test. I don’t know the scientific reasoning behind this. For example, if 100mg takes you to 700ng/dl levels, 500mg likely won’t take you to 3500ng/dl.

@JazzHmp This has been my experience. I get a higher multiplier off a lower dose. I’m near 8X on 100ish, but only like 5Xish up towards 750. I’d guess the law of diminishing returns is at play here, as it often is with anabolics in general.
