Just got bloods done yesterday. Curious as to what my estrogen levels should be if I have been managing it correctly.

Currently on just 500mg of Test-E a week. ASIN 25mg on injection days MON/THU

I'm really trying to dial in the perfect dose of AI. Going for the perfect quantifiable data vs "feels"

Pretty stoked though, I'm on my first real cut and I'm at 8.7% BF. shits nuts

Depends on the person as to the exact number. But you want e2 to be the highest it can be without sides including gyno. E2 is anabolic and protective of certain cells and systems.

I don’t have to worry about gyno anymore but for reference I like to have mine 50-60 range. I believe too reference range is 30ish. But that doesn’t mean that’s where everyone should be.

Everyone is different. It’s a trial and error thing. Lots of $ spent on labs. Me personally can’t go above 55-60 or I get gyno.

Did you get surgery? I'm thinking about getting it done, however it's a tough sell for my work and insurance.

I feel good now, my estro seems to be in a good place. I'm anxious to get the test back simply because this is the first time I have truly stuck with an AI protocol instead of taking AI based of feels.

I just got my bloodwork back a few days ago, but have to wait to post in “Bloodwork “ since my account isn’t quite yet 2 months old.
I’m on a split dose of 200mg Test E a week. No AI.
My estradiol came back at 84, my free T was 440 and my total was 1645. I feel fantastic and have sensitive nips a few days a week, but that’s it.
I recently ordered some aromasin to try out a low dose and see if it helps me feel even better?

I did get surgery. Insurance covered but did not cover the additional liposuction. Paid 4k total out of pocket for deductible and the elective liposuction

Interesting! I did not know Insurance would cover something we inflict on ourselves. Granted, I guess there’s no way for them to know officially. Wonder if I can get the VA to cover it … although mine is tiny!

@imagepb If u have a family history of breast cancer or test positive for the BRCA gene, insurance will cover gyno surgery.

Not sure if this is how captain did it but thats the one way I'm aware of.

I think my biggest worry about the gyno surgery is how my nipples will look afterward, I don't want them discolored or "sunken in" if that makes sense. I really don't have bad gyno in the first place, it's hardly noticeable, however, I can notice it and that's all that matters.

Curious as to your experience with it and the recovery?

Taken from the Tri-Care website:
"Coverage criteria for surgical interventions may include, but is not limited to:

  • Severe gynecomastia (enlargement has not resolved after one year)
  • Fibrous tissue stroma exists
  • Breast pain
TRICARE doesn't cover surgical treatment performed purely for psychological reasons"

As for the VA, good fucking luck brother.

I don't have it bad at all, just have to sell that it "hurts" when I ruck to clinic doc for a referral, likely he wouldn't give a fuck but who knows.

Recovery for me was a piece of cake. I wanted back in the gym faster than doc would let me. Worst part is the drainage pumps that you have to wear around for a few days. Mine didn’t even drain anything.

The nipples thing isn’t an issue with the liposuction. That’s what it’s for and what is recommended. But insurance will never cover liposuction.

ideally you should keep it at the same level you have now but definitely under 100, having it s high as a pregnant woman isnt any better for you and will just cause side effects
