Spent a decent chunk of money on an order to pharmaHGH which has been reliable. Sent the appropriate amount. Went back to check status. Says cancelled and money is still gone. What do I do next?

What you don’t do is post this in source complaints. You email the source and see what the issue is and if it can be corrected. Most times this is a simple time out error or a mismatch by a small amount of BTC and they can find it and ship.
