Whats next for first cycle?

So I’ve been on trt for 3 yrs. I’ve been eating like shit since late last year honestly but still lift or do cardio almost everyday. I’m naturally a real small guy… 145 lb before trt right now im sitting at 160-165.

Am I lean enough to start other anabolics? What compounds do you guys recommend?
I want to gain muscle mass but stay somewhat lean for the summer. Thanks guys

I’d say to either

A. double your TRT dose for 12 weeks *

B. add in a low-moderate dose of either deca or equipoise (talking 300mg deca or 300-600mg equipoise) ***

C. add in a mild oral like Anavar or Turinabol for 6-8 weeks **

D. add in a stronger, more ‘bulk’ based oral like Anadrol, Superdrol, or Dbol for 4-6 weeks

E. add in a semi-mild, more ‘drying’ based oral like Winstrol, Epistane for 4-6 weeks

I put stars next to which ones I think are the best options, 1 star = best (in my opinion)

Would I run deca or equipoise for the entire 12 weeks? And why just run anavar for 6-8 weeks? sorry i’m new to all this.

Sorry I didn’t put a length on the deca/eq, those are typically ran for a bit longer, like 16-20 weeks even especially with the eq.

Anavar is an oral steroid which is a lot more harsh than most of the injectables, especially the ones you’re considering using. Anavar is a good option in the sense that it isn’t liver toxic, but it’s somewhat hard on your cholesterol levels which is why it isn’t advisable to be ran long term. You’ll notice it kicking in quite fast, though.

I asked a psychic downtown and xe said…everything kingofcarbz said but one at a time. start w keeping ur trt as is. add anavar 25mg daily. see how that feels for a few weeks. up it by 12.5mg maybe ending at 50mg daily max. skip a day if you want. after a month or two the side effects will creep. headaches n cramps maybe maybe not. check it out n chill. after 3 months fucking around with anavar on and off youll be a heavier with less bodyfat. simple. then you can drop anavar and double trt for a while. then come December you can bulk w anadrol. or add eq or deca. in a couple years you can do eq And deca And test all at once. later when you an old head. for a few years just keep it simple w test plus one compound. except drugs are bad and illegal run far away.
