I’m currently on a cut and this is what I’m eating on the daily.

Meal 1: 6 organic eggs with 2 tbsp sugar free ketchup

Meal 2: 8oz. tilapia, 3oz. shrimp, 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Meal 3: 8oz. tilapia, 3oz. shrimp, 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Meal 4 (preworkout): 12oz. Fairlife fat free milk, 2 scoops Musclefeast whey isolate, 3 slices Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread

Meal 5 (postworkout): 12oz. Fairlife fat free milk, 2 scoops Musclefeast whey isolate, 3 slices Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread

Meal 6: Morey’s steakhouse salmon fillet

Totals out to 2,638 calories, 193g carbs, 63g fat, and 338g protein.

My current cycle is 250 Test E 500 Tren E.

I’m cutting at around 1600-1700 calories a day.

Breakfast - 1.5 Cup cereal, 1 cup milk
Lunch - 5 Eggs, Chobani flip yogurt
Meal 3 - 12oz milk + 1 scoop protein powder
Meal 4 - 7oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup rice

138g Carbs, 56g fat, 132g Protein = 1550 calories. That was today. Sometimes I eat 100-200 calories of more yogurt for another snack.

Running 150mg Test and 180mg Tren / week.

That sounds brutal man. I’m glad that my TDEE is 3500 calories cause I’m starving eating how I am now. I’d die at 1500.

I haven’t eaten a vegetable in about 4 years. I just use psyllium husks for fiber and a variety of vitamins/supplements for the nutrients. I just really hate vegetables.

Meal 1: 1 cup dark chocolate shredded wheats, 1 cup almond special k, 6oz 1% Milk, 4oz unsweetend Cashew milk, 15g Myprotein iso whey, 1/2 cup spinach blended with milk and whey

Meal 2: 2 whole wheat cinnamon raisin bagel, 2 slices back bacon, Home made Spread (1 oz Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp egg whites, .5oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter)

Meal 3: 200g Chicken, 160g sweet potato, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup green beans

Meal 4: 200g chicken, 1 cup cooked calrose rice, 100g pineapple

Meal 5: 200g chicken, 100g butternut squash, 100g kabocha squash

Meal 6: 50g steel cut oats, 20g rolled oats, 3 oz 3% milk, 2oz cashew milk, 100g pineapple, 25g my protein iso whey

Meal 7: 3 slices sprouted grain bread, Same spread as earlier, 1 banana

Meal 8: 1.5 cup special k almond cereal, 4oz chocolate milk and 4 oz cashew milk 2 tbsp egg whites, 200g cottage cheese, 1/2 cup spinach all blended and poured on cereal

500g carbs, 325g protein, 75g fat

Trying to hit 225lbs at 10-12% but I can’t realistically see that until after my next scheduled bulk of rotating Tren A and Trest A over 175 Test P and 350 Mast P. Might have some EQ in there but who knows.

How does the Tren E work for bulking? I’m trying to decide between 500 Test E 250 Tren E or 250 Test E 500 Tren E for my next cycle. I’d do 4 weeks of sdrol with either.

Trying to bulk, even off gear needed a lot.
5k min daily up to 7k now.

6 eggs
Can mackerel
Burrito just chili, cheese, tortillas
Whole milk+ coconut milk canned, thehigh calorie one
Olive oil on pasta or by itself
Mashed potatoes with 400 cal butter yes lol
Bottle apple juice
Pb on whole grain bread
Cream cheese on whole grain toast

Honestly cbf eating veggies at this point it’s too much

Honestly for me it works pretty well, I got an insane appetite on it, my muscles are always full and I feel like it really allows me to give my all even during the later half of a 2 hour work out. Imo NPP is probably my favorite ancor for building muscle but if I get worse sides running it high than I do tren, I still keep it in my blast at a lower dose for the recovery and joint benefits though.

Hey man could you elaborate on why you are taking the t3 while bulking? I read that nadrolone and tren can slow down your thyroid so that’s why people use it while cutting, does it seem to offer benefits for you bulking as well?

you should do some research on tilapia and the levels of stuff they find in that certain fish. I know my wife wont let our household buy it because of some health scare

Well I’m taking it to keep my metabolism around baseline as tren is known to lower it, I mean even on a bulk, having a full functioning thyroid is important but there has been studies that show that t3 also increases protein turnover to a degree.

I think tren definitely slowed down my metabolism on my last cut. Do you think I might see some benefits from throwing it in on my bulk of 875/525/490 Test/NPP/Mast?

you do know that many body building diets are based on meat and eggs only…
conventional keto is fat and protein… carnivore diet is just mean and water…
